Landline not working since Friday. Tested multiple handsets.
Reported to VM eventually on Sat (due to app sending me round in circles) and an engineer booked for today as service status ok. Then received text msg to say appointment on hold due to a network problem.
48 hrs later no update and phone still not working.
Can anyone help?

I have checked and the network issue has now been resolved.
So I can look at getting an engineer booked. I will need to send you a private message to pass security.
If you can check the purple envelope top right of your screen that would be great.
