My elderly mother does not use the Internet, how will she be able to use her landline

Thanks for your post on our Community Forums @LisaC17, and a very warm welcome to you!

When customers have our landline services but don't have a broadband connection, we can arrange for a router to be installed that will serve to accommodate the landline connection only.

Can you please confirm if you or your Mother have been able to discuss this with our team via 0345 454 1111 or 150?

I called the team a few months ago at that time they did not have the answer....

Will there be an extra charge for this?
