Same problem as many others. E mails telling me to expect adaptor but despite imminent change date, nothing received.

We're sorry to hear you haven't received your adaptor yet from us, could you please advise based on the communication we've sent what is the switch date in your area?
Also, do you know how long it's been since we sent this adaptor as these as sent via Royal Mail?

Area 20 - switch date 1 December. First communication was September. Second letter 11 October. Nothing since. Not received anything to tell me when/if it's likely to arrive. The closer the date comes the more concerned I will be as no landline would be unacceptable. Is there no tracking available ?

Based on this info the adaptor we are sending is on its way to you, please be advised we send those with Royal Mail and may take longer than 3-5 working days due to disruptions to the RM network, currently.
In case you don't want to wait, or our adaptor has not reached you up until next week we can assist with sending one out for you manually.
