Landline can make calls but not receive

Hi All,

I can make calls from my Virgin Media landline but can’t receive.

I have tried and it just states busy, others have tried and it tells them it is vacant?

Really weird as I have a dial tone and can make calls no problem?

Anybody else had this issue, we haven’t just moved or anything so seems to have happened out of the blue?

I'm very sorry to hear about the issue you're having with your landline service. 

I have been able to locate your account and can see you have been able to arrange an engineer visit. 

Please do let us know how the visit goes. 

Also to confirm have you been able to try an alternative handset on the line?
