Landline broken since november, phone rings, I can hear them but the caller can't hear me.
Engineer came 1/12/20 and said it was external and would be fixed 4/1/21
Nothing no communication from V. M, I can't use 150 to call them and messages said 28 days to get a reply!!
I have 8 elderly relatives who use landline to contact me.
I am upset as this service is disgraceful and VM need to take responsibility for this.
