Landline, broadband, tv DEAD

I hope someone can help.

My dads virgin has been down since Thursday 3rd December in Huddersfield. His landline is dead, the broadband is off and the TV will not load. Calling customer services is getting him nowhere as he is on hold for hours. The link on the website to test your service status says it is not available at the moment. How are you meant to find out the problem and get if fixed or at least an answer as to what is going on. He has had enough issues with virgin and is probably going to switch to Sky. But he needs his landline working most importantly as he mainly uses this. If any one could shed any light it would be greatly appreciated. Virgin customer service twitter is also no help.

I am sorry to hear that your farther has had some issues with his services.
