When I ring 1571 it always tells me that I have no new messages.

Even when I know I definitely should have a message left.

Can you please help?

Thanks for your post on our Community Forums @Eileen16, and I'm sorry to hear of the issues with the voicemail feature on the landline.

Can you please confirm if you're calling from a handset that's plugged into the master socket, or is this via an extension socket?
