No dial tone to be had on either of my sockets, both wired handsets tried in both sockets - now only have a single handset plugged into the master (if that's what they're still called in VM land) socket.
Awaiting a wee test from your good selves as the online testing doodah reports no issues.

I am really sorry to hear that you're experiencing some issues with your landline service recently. I've taken a look on our systems and it appears that there's a known landline fault in the area that we're working on, with a current estimated fix time of approximately 4:00pm today.
If the issues persist beyond this time, let us know and we can take another look at things for you.
