Our landline has for 6 weeks been unable to make Outgoing calls. When attempting to make a call there's no dial tone, as soon as you type an outgoing number you hear a Virgin Media recorded message asking to choose an option.
Having contacted Virgin Media and wasted time explaining the problem...elderly parents use the line, no outgoing calls can be made but can receive calls. I was only asked whether I had received correspondence about some upgrade in November which we hadn't. 6 weeks on still in the same situation. Diagnostic checks show no issues. Suggestions please?
