Thanks for posting on our community forums. Really disappointed to hear that you are having issue with your landline again, we will certainly look at getting a technician booked for you but before we do this we will need to ask you to carry out some diagnostics for us first if this is OK with you?
Please can we ask if you have the landline plugged in to a master socket or in the back if your router?
Also have you been able to try another handset to eliminate the equipment?
If you have any extension handsets plugged in please can you make sure these are unplugged and try the main handset once more to see if any dial tone has returned?
Once you have done these steps please come back to me so we can assist you further.
