Landline Switch to Digital

Hi,

I haven't had any contact from Virgin Media about changes to my landline. However, I have now been told by a couple of friends that they have to connect their landline phones to their hubs using a connector that was sent to them. 

As I said, I haven't had any communication from Virgin Media about this, and haven't received any connector, but understand that the deadline is now looming and I could risk losing access to my phone which is very worrying as I rely on my phone as a link to elderly relatives.

Please can you clarify what I should be doing, or what Virgin Media should be doing? I've looked on my 'My Virgin Media' account and there is nothing flagged there.
