Switch over day for land line today to new fibre line, old traditional socket stopped working this morning so changed over, have done as requested with new hub and adapter, but phone longer has a dialing tone and cannot make or receive calls.
Plugged in adapter, rebooted hub, using vtech cordless phone.

Sorry that you still have no landline after the switch.
In some cases it can take 24 hours for the hub to settle down and the line to become active.
Would you be able to check this first thing in the morning and let us know how you get on.
Unfortunately still not working this morning. I have just tried plugging back old wall mounted socket and although I cannot receive calls I do get a dial tone and can ring out, I thought this would have stopped before the fibre one was ready.
