Landline Port (after new account setup)

Hi there,

I have been running my old BT account and new Virgin account in parallel for a while now, but ready to make the change to Virgin 100%. I want to keep the old BT landline number, but there doesnt seem to be an easy online form/way to do this, and CS is always busy!

I did see a helpful Virgin community member offer to assist in a similar thread, can this be done for me too please (and therefore also closing my BT account)
