Landline not working again. No dialing tone when I try to ring out. Friends are getting an engaged tone when trying to contact me. This happened to me a few weeks back. This is not on, its very frustrating, I am waiting for an urgent Hospital appointment, good job got my mobile. Can you please sort this asap please.

Thank you for getting back to me. I have been in touch with Virgin and have been told there is a fault on my line an engineer is calling to fix the problem.

An Engineer is calling on Weds 5th October between 12 - 4. nearly a week to fix. Hope they reimburse me for non use of my landline. We will see.

All sorted. A technician rang earlier to say the landline was all fixed. He said there was 10 phones that were affected in the area.

I'm happy to hear that the landline has been restored and that the area fault was fixed.
