I have just installed the fibrephone adapter to my HUB3.
There is a dialling tone and I can make calls.
However, when I receive a call the phone doesn't ring but I can hear the caller.
Any ideas why the phone doesn't ring?

Hi prn6243,
A warm welcome and thanks for posting on our community forums. We're pleased to hear that your switchover has gone smoothly, bar you're now unable to hear anyone calling your landline.
You have probably checked this already, but we have to ask if your ringer turned up to the maximum volume?
Also, what kind of handset are you using?
Please let us know about the above so we can assist you further.
Kind regards Jodi.

Phone turned to full volume.
It is a Cable & Wireless phone and is old.

Thanks for coming back to us prn6243,
It sounds as though it may be the handset that may be causing the issue. If you have an older model landline, sometimes the new 21CV service may not be compatible with the handset you are using.
Are you able to try another handset to eliminate the equipment.
Kind regards Jodi.

Thx very much. I ordered the Ebay adaptor and now the problem is solved
Why VM should send something which will not work for many people is beyond me.

I seem to have the same issue.
My phone does ring out and will connect if some one rings but does not ring to notify.
