Landline Phone Upgrade

1. With the switchover on the landline phone imminent (PSTN to VoIP ?) is my existing 1989 handset which plugs into the wall socket with no separate power supply required compatible ? My existing phone is a Plessey PBT133 manufactured in 1987 

2. The cable to my phone is three rooms away from the broadband Hub, under the upgrade can this arrangement be maintained ?

I am sorry for the issues with your Landline upgrade.

I will send you a private message now, so I can check up on the progress of your migration.

The Landline would need to be connected to the Hub, once the migration is completed. But I will be able to see what we can do regarding this.
