Landline Number not transferred

Hi 

I joined virgin media little under a month ago, during the setup process I requested for my landline number to be transferred. 

I've experienced hick-ups in the past with other providers through this kind of process. 

I was told it will take 10 days for the transfer which it hasn't. I called in to see what's happening with this request & was told over the phone it will be transferred on the 17th of June, I also received a call with a recorded message stating the same thing. 

All through this I've kept my services active with my previous provider EE. I received a letter from EE confirming my services are being transferred & they gave a date as to when those services will cease. 

As of now my number is still not transferred. 

I called in a few moments ago, but still could not get this sorted. 

Please help!
