Landline Number Transfer

Hi,

I have just transferred across from Sky to Virgin (BB & Home Phone only). Can you please confirm that the number transfer I asked for upon joining has been requested?

Hi Martin,

Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome both here and to Virgin Media, when joining us and bringing the number over we can only request this once your services are active, for us to do this the number must still be active with the other provider, is the number still active, have you been installed with us?
