Hi
Got fibre installed yesterday and the engineer asked if we wanted to keep our number. He suggested that this may take 5-7 days. Is there any way of tracking progress? Frustratingly the other contract renews on the 6th Jan and I'd like to cancel before that point so I don't have to pay for another month.
I spoke to Plusnet earlier and they have no record of a port request so given the BH weekend is coming up I'm assuming that it'll be on the longer side. Can anyone let me know if the request has gone through?
