Hi. Our landline stopped working this morning and there is no dial tone. VM status was showing a known issue at the time which has since been resolved but landline not working here. It plugs into a socket and not the hub. Can this be looked into please. Thanks.

Sorry to hear you're currently having issues with your landline. I have check the systems at our side and there does look to be an outage still affecting the landlines currently. Apologies for the inconvenience this may cause, our engineers are looking to resolve this as soon as possible for you. I'll check back on the account to see if there is an update at all tomorrow, please keep us updated if your dial tone returns or if you have any further issues.
