Landline Not Working

Hi Customer Service,

My situation is similar to this question...

Bearing in mind that my landline is not working, how do I report this break in service to Virgin Media ?

Sorry this is happening to you aswell

Have you tried an alternative phone

Are you on the traditional socket or is this through the Hub?

Yes, alternative phone same result.

Connection re standard socket no hub.
