Hello
I've had no dialling tone for around 2 weeks now. I have check my connection to the wall socket with another handset and so I have ruled out that as an issue. There is nothing showing on the service status for problems with landlines in my area (there is a longstanding issue with TVs which keeps getting pushed back). I can't ring from my landline so a) how do I report the issue, b) log a claim for lack of service and c) get the problem resolved.
