Landline- No dial tone

We have no dial tone on our landline, we have checked the power and sockets and also run the diagnostic check. It was working on Friday but not yesterday or this morning

Thanks for your post and apologies to hear you are having an issue with your landline service. 

It looks as though we will need to get an engineer out to check on things for you. I just need to confirm the address to ensure we are booking the visit on the correct account.
