I have recently renewed my package to keep the same fibre, TV and landline but since the change my home phone has no dial tone. It was fine before the change. I have checked that it shows on my package on my account. Any help would be appreciated thank you

Are you able to try a new handset on the line? Is the phone plugged into the Hub or the wall?
