Help! for months now my landline phone keeps saying Line Cord Error. Then each time I'm advised by Virgin of work being done in the area it works again for a day or two and then reverts back to the same message. When people try to ring they just get an engaged tone. We don't use the phone very often so it hasn't been a high priority but now it is! I think we may need an engineer but I can't see how to arrange this on the website. Any advice would be much appreciated! Thanks.
Thanks, the other handsets were fine. An engineer came out and moved the telephone cable from the wall connection to the wi-fi box. I'm not sure why it wasn't working as the TV was fine but it's all fixed now. Thanks for your response.
