Landline Issues

No dial tone. I followed instructions as follows…..

1. Unscrewed the two small screws and slid out the bottom half of the face plate.

2. Plugged my phone into the test socket and tried to make a call.

Nothing happened - no ring - no dial tone.

No service issues showing in area. Help articles lead to nothing.

Live chat options a waste of time, Whatsapp feature a waste of time…….auto generated advice call 150 from my landline - problem with that is landline isn’t working 🙄

How do I get help?

cannot find anywhere else to report it - so please treat this as a report.
