I phoned a landline in South Africa from my Virgin landline. I have been told when I upgraded my package about 6 weeks ago that landline calls to South Africa are now free and included in my bundle deal. Twice during the call, I got a message that I have 1 minute credit left. Then the call was terminated. Phoned back a few times and twice I go the message that my "balance is insufficient".
Thanks for getting back and apologies for my late response. I phoned Virgin up yesterday and they checked my account and confirmed that there are no limitations on my Virgin Landline account. This issue seems to be on the country that I am calling side as some numbers work and others give me this messages as well as various others.
I appreciate your response and request that we close this thread.
