Hi. Landline has no dial tone and not worked for several days. No report of a fault in the area in the status page. Can somebody please contact me to check the fault, as we do have a vulnerable elderly person in the property. Thanks.

Yes, phone is plugged into the master socket and have also tried different handsets.
