Been trying to organise this for way too long
so each time I get a reply it is a new thread in the PM system, so hidden from view to the public, so far over an hour on private messages, this is bloody stupid. at most a 10 minute call to sort out a date for an engineer to call and check tech issues, simply not good enough.
how do I get hold of someone to deal with the following...
one old style non digital BT type phone connected to the hub, works fine. want to add 3 further old style non digital BT type phones for newly built extension. Engineer cannot get here until after walls will be plastered, but I can run cables myself before ceilings etc closed up, just need to know what type of cable to run and leave hanging out of the wall for the VM engineer to make final connections ....
