Hi
My landline has stopped working an engadged tone heard cannot ring out, also tried to ring land line ring tone heard but no ringing on landline checked status work in my area 12.01am to 08.00am this morning but says all services connected?

I have now removed my line from wall socket and plugged into modem
all is working ok
unfortunately i wasn't made aware of switch over

Hey @DNVM,
Welcome to the community and thanks for taking the time to post your issue on the forums.
I'm sorry to hear of the issues that you're having with your landline at the moment, I have looked into this and as your phone line is now via your hub rather than traditional wall socket, please could you re-boot your hub and let me know if that helps at all to resolve the issues that you're having?
I can also confirm that there are no issues in your area from this side too.

Thanks for coming back to us @DNVM and I'm sorry that you weren't made aware of the switchover to our fibre phone service. I will make sure that this is fedback to the team as you should have been informed along time before the change went ahead.
