Landline Disconnected

Help!

I have given notice earlier to cancel my services and was told everything would stop next month.  

For some reason my landline has been disconnected already.  

I was not advised this would happen and of course I can't get through to anyone for help.  

 

Any help would be much appreciated.

Exact same thing has happened to me.  When I put my disconnection in I checked that I would have full services until my contract expires next month and was told yes.  Then 5 minutes later no landline.  Phoned from my mobile and was told problem will be resolved within 24 hours- but we shall wait and see!

Hopefully you got your issue resolved.  Mine was resolved but they have cut it off again today!
