My Landline went dead sometime this morning. Having spent over 4 hours trying to arrange for an engineer to come and repair the fault, and being disconnected on 3 occasions, I am no further forward. Each technician I have spoken to has said that an engineer needs to come out. It is a matter of some urgency as I am undergoing treatment at my local hospital who need to contact me on a regular basis and they do not have my mobile number as I am in a poor mobile signal area.
I can see you've spoke to the team today and this is currently with our fault management team. This should be resolved within 6 hours. I will check in with you in the AM to ensure it is, if not we'll get a tech out.
