Landline Dead urgent need for an engineer

My Landline went dead sometime this morning. Having spent over 4 hours trying to arrange for an engineer to come and repair the fault, and being disconnected on 3 occasions, I am no further forward. Each technician I have spoken to has said that an engineer needs to come out. It is a matter of some urgency as I am undergoing treatment at my local hospital who need to contact me on a regular basis and they do not have my mobile number as I am in a poor mobile signal area.

Can someone help please.

My apologies for the phone line issue. 

 

I can see you've spoke to the team today and this is currently with our fault management team. This should be resolved within 6 hours. I will check in with you in the AM to ensure it is, if not we'll get a tech out.

Good morning. It is now more than 6 hours since your post to me and the problem has not been resolved. Our landline is still not working.

Thanks for coming back to me. I've booked in the first available technician visit but due to the vulnerable flag on the account, I'll mail the field team to get it brought forward to today
