Landline Connection

At the end of November my landline will be connected to my hub via a connector virgin are sending me. Can I fit a double connection adaptor into the connector virgin are sending me and connect my upstairs extension into the double connection adaptor? Thanks

Welcome to the community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums.

You can plug a double connector into the hub via the adaptor to carry on using the extension or we could fit an extension upstairs for you free of charge as part of the changeover.

We can arrange that from here, if you'd like to go ahead with a visit, please let me know.
