Landline Complaint no dailing tone or accepting incoming calls

I can not call anyone as my landline is down and my Daughter has come round as could not call me. No other way to contact Virgin online’ tried all options but goes to server error so can not even complain about that service, connection status all fine, lights on hub, phone on - is there an email address or non charging 0345 number.  Not good enough for someone who is not tech savvy.

Sorry to hear you are having issues with your landline at this time. I have check our systems and can see that there is currently an area outage affecting your landline and other services at this time. The outage number is F009820873 and has an estimated time of fix currently for tonight at 8:10pm.  I can assure you our engineers are working on resolving this as soon as possible for you. Please reboot all your equipment after this time and keep us updated if you are still having issue.
