Recieved letters previous stating phone service would change to VoIP and I needed an engineer.
The letter stated that I would only be able to recieve incoming phone calls, and any outgoing would be redirected to VM Customerservice.
This was fine, until I could get the engineer anyway - been busy.
Recently I recieved emails stating that my contract was changed to remove the phone package from my account.
I did not consent to this change nor was I sent a letter informing me it was even a possibility!
Now I am without a landline and family members & health care services have been unable to ring in.
Why was my phone package CANCELLED after previously being informed it would only be restricted until engineer visit????
