Land line

Hi my phone line is not working I get no dial tone and if I call in it’s engaged. It says there is no fault on the line in my virgin media account page. Can you advise?

Can you please tell me if your Landline handset has fresh batteries? Also is it connected to the wall or the Hub?

All phones are fully charged we have tried an old phone as well. The phone line is in the wall.

I can look into this for you 

More than likely we will need an engineer out
If you don't mind, I will need to send you a private message to pass security
