Good afternoon for 72 hours now my 91 year old auntie has not had a land line. We have done all the usual fixes like checking cables resetting the router etc. but still nothing is working. We have checked the area to see if there was a problem but it only shows TV possible problems. Trying to navigate the help pages just sends you in a big circle. We are not able to phone out to ask for help. Could you please assist an elderly lady with her only means of connecting to family and friends.

Can you confirm if the landline is connected to the wall socket or the router and that the landline does not work when connected to either?
