Land line not working.

Tuning in

No outages, ran auto tests but unable to recover results. Connected by phone wall socket, also tried via router. Does not appear to a phone/s issue. No dial tone. Any help please

I've checked again for you and it looks like this has been raised again unfortunately. The fault estimated time of fix is 16:00 today so please let us know if you're experiencing the same problems after this time.

I am so sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue with your landline! 

 

I have checked and can see that there is a known outage in your area effecting landline services that is estimated to be resolved at 0.55am on the 4th of September. 

 

Are you able to let us know how things are looking in the morning?
