Sorry to hear of the issues you've been experiencing with the landline services.
Can you please advise me if your handset is running via the phone line or via the router?
If this is the phone line, can you please confirm if this is the master socket you're connected to?
Have you possibly also tried to use a different handset for the telephone services?
