My am unable to make or receive calls on my land line. Permanently engaged.
Tried 0345 number with no joy and unable to use 150 because phone is not working.
This has been since Thursday 29th April ( i think !)

Sorry for the problems with your landline. I've run a test on the line from here and can see there is an issue that will require the attention of an engineer.

Sorry to hear nobody has shown up - I've double-checked the work order in case it was my error but everything is fine. I'm unsure what's happened but will chase for an update and get back to you asap.
Technician has turned up and fault rectified.
