I'm sorry to hear that you're having some issues with your landline service. It's sad to hear you feel this way, however I can assure you that it is quite the opposite. We are a lot busier than usual but we are doing all we can to help all our customers in a timely manor.
I can see that you called us regarding this and engineer appointment has been put in place. Please let us know how things go after the engineer visit.
