Land line not working

This evening, family could not call.

There is no ring tone, we cant ring out and no one can call us.

Virgin Media are useless, blaming the virus for not having anyone to talk to. Feels like a large company using it as an excuse to avoid anyone bringing them a problem.

The on line the area problem scan says all is well.

Anyone an idea of what to do ?

Welcome to the community and we appreciate you posting on our forums.


I'm sorry to hear that you're having some issues with your landline service. It's sad to hear you feel this way, however I can assure you that it is quite the opposite. We are a lot busier than usual but we are doing all we can to help all our customers in a timely manor. 


I can see that you called us regarding this and engineer appointment has been put in place. Please let us know how things go after the engineer visit. 


If there's anything else you need in the meantime just let us know.
