The exchange box for the phones in my neighbourhood on the side of the pavement is corroded and needs replacing. Every time it rains heavily for a prolonged period it gets flooded and takes days for my phone to work again after the exchange has dried out. Your engineers have attended many times but have not repaired the problem.
I have just learnt from this forum that I can go through my Hub. I need to be sent the relevant adapters etc. Thans

I'm sorry to hear you're having problems with your Landline. After taking a look on our end, it looks like we're not ready to migrate your area or services over to the Phone-Over-Broadband (21CV) service, just yet.
