My land-line isn't working. I have no dial tone.
Calls from outside get a 'line busy' message, whether or not my land-line phone is disconnected - so it can't be my phone that is at fault.
I tried to call but there isn't an option to report a fault - just an infinite loop of menus with nothing available to report a fault.

thanks John, but unfortunately still the same.
I am attempting to make a complaint in order to get this problem resolved via the complaints Toni bot.
The normal 'chat' option has not been available all day & evening.
I was unable to report this via a phone call to Vergin Media as there is not an option to do so that actually works. Just round in circles.
This needs to be looked into as it is a totally unsatisfactory service.

It appears another outage ticket has been raised for the landline, there is an estimated fix time set as of yet due to it being recently re-raised however our team will try to resolve this matter as soon as they can.
