Land line is down in G82 area.

My Mum's landline is down. She has a fall alarm that works through this. Tried reporting it but didn't get any satisfaction.

Sorry to hear your mum's are having some issues with the phone.

Can you confirm if you've checked online for any area issues here ?

Has she tested a different handset?

Is it all ingoing and outgoing calls that are affected?
