Lordy it's so frustrating.... why can't I speak to some one????
How do you ring 150 to report a problem when your line is dead???

Just to clarify can I ask, has your landline due to be apart of the switchover to fibre?

Yes, we have the new adaptor to go into the hub

But not been told to switch yet?

From checking our service it may seem that the transfer is due to go ahead.

Try the landline from the router/adaptor to see if that works.
