How the heck am I supposed to report a fault with my Virgin Media services if even their contact number doesn't work? I can't call 150 because our landline is dead for some reason. The 0345 454 1111 number doesn't work either when I tried to call it from my mobile phone. Help.

As above. Can't even call VM as The number 0345 454 111 doesn't work! Tried calling them on my 02 phone, just disconnects straight away!
How am I supposed to get this fixed if I can't even call to report the fault???

Just tried from a Three and Voxi SIM and both called the 0345 number with no issues.

Also just tested from various EE lines, all of which connect to 0345 4541111 instantly.

Your number is wrong, it's 0345 454 1111.

Sorry to hear that you have been having this issue trying to phone through to us, looking into this I can see the number you have stated here is incorrect, the right number to phone is 0345 454 1111, you can also check on any faults in your area via our website Here.
