Hi All, First time posting in this section, it's usually email and broadband!!
Problems started Friday, no phone at all, although callers could hear ringing. Tried all the fault finder suggestions, to ascertain there was an actual fault. I booked an engineer online and he came today.
After reading posts on this forum, I had a suspicion that he would suggest the VOIP. I wasn't wrong! We had a long chat about it, and with some reservation I gave him the go-ahead to fit it, in the knowledge that at some point soon I will have no option but to go VOIP.
So far so good, and I must say a massive thank you to VM's engineer Jordan, for talking me through the pros and cons of this VOIP. Very professional, and very polite and very tidy! 😁
