Land-line not working again, no dial tone.
Maybe not related, but last night approx. 01:45am SuperHub rebooted and took around 60 mins to reset.
It was less than 4 weeks ago that I had an engineer come around to fix these problems.

Sorry to see you've been having issues with the landline services. Can you tell me if this has been resolved or if this is still on going?
The line is still not working, no dial tone and cannot make or receive calls.
I had an engineer here less than 4 weeks ago and still getting billed for a phone that was and now out of service again.

I've checked it today and there is a known outage. We're in the process of updating the status page for you so hopefully it'll be fixed asap

Thanks for the update, but I did report the problem here 8 days ago and the previous outage (beginning of July) I have not been compensated/I have been bill as normal.
Thanks for your reply. I'm sorry that the fault wasn't listed earlier. Can you confirm how the service is today please? If there has been an outage you will auto compensated - you can see more on this here.

The land line phone is still not working - cannot receive or make calls, there is no dial tone.
