Land Line

I've been having issues with crackling phone line for months and have called VM and used any App suggested to see Area Service (Always Green, no issues)As I have assumed that the 2 phones in my house are faulty, I have bought a new phone..... It has confirmed that it is the Line or Service that is faulty..... I think the next step is for VM to send an engineer.

Thanks for your post and welcome to our community. 


I am really sorry to hear that your landline has been having some issues, even after buying a new handset - this isn't good. 

 

I've had a look at the back end of things from here and have booked the next available engineer visit. The details of this can be found via your online account and if it doesn't suit you can pick another one. You'll also need to ensure somebody over the age of 18 is in the property at the time. 

Please let us know how the visit goes.

I got the message from VM today that they will be sending an engineer out on 30th December

I've been asking for help from VM for a while now whilst paying in full for my services..... What compensation will be put on my account?

You can take a look at our auto compensation scheme here and once the landline has been restored we can take at it from there.
