Land Line Issue. No Dial Tone. Just the engaged tone

Land Line Issue. No Dial Tone. Just the engaged tone.

Tried all the normal things.

Checked cables and connections

Changed phones (cordless and wired)

Service Status says everything is OK

Please look into this ASAP

Cant ring you as the land line isn't working !!

Hi @DDarwin1, thanks for your post although I'm sorry to hear of your concerns.

I've checked things over for you, and there doesn't seem to be any faults on the network which matches what the service status is suggesting.

I'll need to send you a PM to discuss this further, and we can then send an engineer out if necessary.
